SGVAPEXPRESS WARRANTY & RETURNS INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the consumable nature of these products, including disposable vapes, there may be a limited warranty that will only cover manufacturing faults.

LIMITED WARRANTY: DISPOSABLE VAPES AND PRE-FILLED PODS

Unfortunately, we do not provide a warranty on these items for hygiene and health and safety reasons. This is unless we determine that the item received is incorrect or if there are any other extenuating circumstances like a manufacturing fault.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe the item is faulty on arrival, then please email at cs@codnow778.com us to arrange a return for testing.

If it’s returned and a fault is found, we’ll will either replace your item

Faulty items need to be notified within 14 days of purchase to be valid for a replacement/ refund. After this date we cannot issue any form of exchange.

No replacements can be made if you have disposed of the faulty item(s)

PLEASE NOTE: Exchange any items / product need customer pay delivery charge $12 or keep for when next time you order together exchange delivery.

Please note: We only allow up to 3 items to be exchanged. If a customer needs to exchange other items, please keep them until the next order.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Scratches and discolouration from regular use is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.

Ordered the wrong item or changed your mind?

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that we cannot reimburse any postage fees you may incur for returning an item on which you have changed your mind.

Once orders are placed and payment has been taken, we cannot interject or cancel your order as it is already in the system to be shipped. Once your order has been received contact customer care to authorise a return and refund.

Opened disposables, e-liquids or pods cannot be returned.

RETURN SHIPPING

If you do not want to hold the item for your next order delivery, you need to pay $12 to our driver.
